1. Return & Cancellation Policy:

At GrowinRing, we guarantee the quality of our products, backed by the manufacturer's warranty. We understand that sometimes you need to see and feel an item to be sure it's right for you. That's why we offer a 21-day return policy from the shipping date, whether the item is new or used. Please note, buyers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs. Special orders, closeouts, and spare parts are final sale and cannot be returned. For a smooth return process, contact our customer service at 1-407-728-3138 (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-noon Eastern Standard time) for a return authorization number before sending back any merchandise.

2. Shipping Policy:

We strive to ship orders within 24 hours from our distribution center. Delivery typically takes up to 5-7 business days, so we ask for your patience before inquiring about order status. If we're unable to ship within 30 days, we'll let you know. When you purchase from GrowinRing, the risk of loss and title transfer to you once the carrier receives the items. We're not liable for damages during shipping.

Ground shipping within Canada and the U.S. can take up to 10 days. Orders outside these regions may take 4-6 weeks. International orders are shipped without tracking to keep costs down, but if you prefer tracked shipping, please contact our service department before placing your order. For Canadian and U.S. orders, track your shipment through Canada Post for the latest updates.
